All personalised wedding ring cushions will be posted out within 2-3 weeks from receipt of order provided all personalisation details & colour information has been received. If this delivery time will be a problem for you then please telephone us (01543 371156 or 07876 453 919)& we will try to accomodate a quicker turn around.
However please do remember that these ring bearer cushions are made completely to order and this time allows us to make them to a very high standard.
Personalised Wedding ring cushions are individually made to order based on the details & colour information provided. We cannot therefore offer a refund unless there has been a clear error on our part.
All other non personalised items will be posted out on the next working day by 1st class recorded delivery.
All prices quoted include FREE UK delivery unless otherwise stated.
We only refund on any other items where there is a manufacturing fault or we have made a mistake & we have been notified within 24 hours of your receipt of the order either by email or telephone.
Please note that all items are posted using the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service. This is a trackable service requiring a signature upon delivery.
If you are not in to sign for the item then dont worry as a slip will be left so that you can arrange to collect it or for it to be re-delivered at a convenient time
We cannot accept any responsibility for the return of goods that fail to reach us so please obtain a proof of posting at all times from your post office. This service is free of charge.
